HOW TO ORDER

I always work from photographs so please include several pictures of your pet, choose shots that really show off your pets personality and character.

Generally speaking, the best photographs are taken outside in natural light, try not to use a flash. Also make sure your pet is close enough to the camera so that I can clearly capture their features.

After selecting your images you now need to decide what size you would like. The canvasses range from 10 x 12 inches to 22 x 18 inches. Please click here to view current size and price list.

Once you've decided on a size, send your photo(s) to me at the address listed on the contact page along with your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, canvas size, total order amount (inc. p&p) and a 30% deposit (cheques payable to C. Haywood).

Please state if the portrait is for a surprise present and give any special instructions for contact.

I will get in touch to confirm your order and then create and send you a mock up of the composition which will give you a better idea of how the portrait will look when finished. It's not too late to choose a different photograph or pose at this stage, I won't begin your canvas until you're 100% happy with your chosen photograph.

Once I get your go ahead, please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for production and delivery.

The balance is due on completion. Once the final cheque has cleared the portrait will be sent next working day special delivery.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the finished portrait you are not obligated beyond the initial deposit. To date I have never had an unhappy customer!
